Book self-catering holiday cottages in the historic twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand for an unforgettable stay

A super stylish three-bedroom cottage that has been thoroughly refurbished whilst still paying homage to its traditional roots. You are only a short stroll from Kingsand beach and the wonderful collection of cafes, pubs and shops that are located within this historic fishing village.

The accommodation is spread across three floors with a tranquil living room and country style kitchen/diner on the ground floor. Low ceilings and exposed sandstone walls transport you back into a time gone by. The charming courtyard with feature cherry blossom tree is south westerly facing and receives the best of the afternoon and early evening sun.

The principle bedroom is located on the top floor (restricted head height) with exposed beams and a feature free standing bath. A further double room which is located on the first floor benefits from an adjoined shower room and is complimented by a double bunk area at the rear of the property which is the perfect hideaway for the kids.

Location
Calm Cottage is situated in the heart of the old fishing village of Kingsand. At the bottom of a street, you will find stunning Kingsand beach and only a short walk to traditional pubs and reputed restaurants that make this area Cornwall’s best kept secret.

Parking
The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a of couple minutes’ walk away from the property.

Additional Information
Clean linen, towels, shampoo & conditioner will be provided within the total price.
(Please bring your own beach towels)

The property has Wi-Fi.

One small well behaved pooch allowed with prior consent for an extra £20.00 per week.

Calm Cottage operates a Friday – Friday changeover.

Refundable Security deposit

Please note that a deposit of £350.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.

“Stunning house in a great location. Very easy communication with Rosie for arriving and leaving. We didn’t use the car all week, walking distance of 5 great pubs all serving food. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

“A cosy, cool cottage in a great location. Brilliantly refurbished so it’s retained all its original charm but feels modern too. Lovely to come back to after the beach and the little garden is a godsend on a sunnier day. Also good for a small dog as it’s enclosed and safe. Really beautiful and special place to stay.”
