The bright and airy dining room is perfect for family meals, with bi-fold doors leading out to the steps of the garden.  A cozy and inviting lounge area with sea views, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV provides a perfect space for relaxation after a day of exploration.

A convenient and modern ground floor wet room is ideal for washing off after a fun-filled day at the beach. Step outside into the beautifully private garden, an oasis of tranquillity where you can enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffees, or simply soak in the fresh sea breeze.

Kelvin House is ideally located along Garrett Street, within walking distance of Cawsand's stunning beaches, quaint shops, and delightful cafes. This enchanting village is part of Cornwall's Forgotten Corner, offering a peaceful retreat with plenty of opportunities for coastal walks, water sports, and exploring the surrounding countryside.


Location
Kelvin House is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach.

Parking
This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk to the property.

Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.
(please bring you own beach towels)

The property has Wi-Fi.

One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £25 per week.

Kelvin House operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.

Refundable security deposit

Please note that a deposit of £300.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will not be captured and funds will become available in your account.

We loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous with stunning views over the sea. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, there is a huge TV - which our son thought was great! The location is ideal, just a short walk to everything that Cawsands and Kingsands has to offer.

Great host Rosie. The property is in a brilliant position. Easy walking distance for pubs with great food. We were 4 ladies with a room each. We used the shower on the first and second floor. Spacious lounge with big tv. We only stayed in once thanks for a great stay.

Wow what an amazing location, you don’t really need to leave the village! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the rest of the decor and furniture are equally high standard. A good range of space in this deceptively large property is enough to give family space to get together but also have separate space as required - there were 6 of us including 3 late teenagers!
