This cosy hideaway has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and tranquillity. The cottage boasts two welcoming double bedrooms, including one with a feature freestanding bath, offering the perfect place to unwind while soaking up sea and countryside views. A third bedroom, complete with bunk beds, is perfect for children or small groups, with a convenient shower room just next door.
The living room invites you to relax and recharge, with an open fire creating a warm, homely atmosphere – perfect after a day of seaside adventures. Alexa is also available throughout all rooms for convenience. The fully equipped cottage-style kitchen, complete with a dining area, provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. A separate utility room with a washer dryer adds an extra layer of convenience, while a small courtyard at the rear is ideal for rinsing off sandy toes and hanging beach towels. There's also space outside the front of the cottage to easily unload the car upon arrival.
Cawsand Cottage is less than a minute’s walk from the stunning beach and the vibrant heart of the village, where you’ll find traditional pubs, charming cafes, and unique shops. Cawsand, paired with its neighbouring village Kingsand, is steeped in history, with narrow cobbled streets and a fascinating smuggling heritage. One well behaved dog welcome for an additional £25.00 fee. Cawsand Cottage operates a Saturday - Saturday changeover.
Short stays
Don't forget the unique three-night short stays provided by Cottage Cawsand available between September and April (excluding school holidays.)
Refundable security deposit
Please note that a deposit of £300.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
