Climb the steps to your secluded retreat, where panoramic views stretch across Cawsand Bay towards the rolling green hills of Devon. With direct access to the South West Coast Path, you can set off on scenic walks right from your doorstep, exploring rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and spectacular coastal scenery.
Downstairs, a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite shower provides a restful space after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the double height, open-plan living space and kitchen frame stunning coastal vistas, creating a tranquil setting for relaxed meals or quiet moments. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker and fridge, with an additional fridge-freezer in the basement, and a separate toilet is also available on this floor.
With fast broadband, you can stay connected—so if there’s a Netflix series you just can’t live without, bring your laptop and settle in with the sea as your backdrop.
Step onto your small deck area, where you can sip your morning coffee with the fresh sea breeze or watch the ever-changing coastal scenery as boats drift through the bay. It’s a perfect spot for taking in the beauty of this historic waterfront location.
A short stroll away, you’ll find the Devonport Inn, a fantastic pub-turned-restaurant renowned for its fresh fish and continental dishes—a must-visit during your stay!

Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (Please bring your beach towels). The property has Wi-Fi.
One well behaved dog welcome for an additional £25.00 fee. The Wash House operates a Saturday - Saturday changeover.
Important to Know
• The property shares an entrance with its neighbours, accessed directly from the beach.
• High tides may temporarily make access tricky—you may need wellies for about an hour during a spring tide! (We’ll notify you in advance if this is expected).

Don't forget the unique three-night short stays provided by The Wash House available between September and April (excluding school holidays.)
Refundable security deposit
Please note that a deposit of £250.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
