Rock House provides stunning vistas across the bay towards Penlee Point and up the estuary to Plymouth, all beautifully framed by the dramatic landscape of Dartmoor in the background. This spacious holiday home is ideal for couples or families alike, accommodating up to six adults and one child comfortably.

The apartment boasts a beautifully furnished double bedroom with views of the bay, feature fireplace and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room equipped with an additional truckle bed for added flexibility. The inviting lounge features a wood burner, a versatile table tennis/pool table, and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The dining table is an excellent spot for family board games and jigsaw puzzles.

For those who love to cook, the well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table that seats up to eight, a dishwasher, a traditional electric range cooker, and a Nespresso coffee machine to make your mornings delightful. The property features a family bathroom in addition to the en-suite, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Outside, a small area with a table and two chairs provides a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. With the beach just a minute’s walk away, Rock House serves as an excellent base for those eager to explore Cornwall’s stunning coastline.

The property is also dog-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved dog for an additional fee of £25 per week.

Parking

Please note that the historic village does not offer private parking. However, Kingsand pay, and display car park is a five-minute walk from the property. It is possible to briefly park at the top of the road from the property for unloading.

Additional Information

Clean linen and towels are included in the total price. The property features Wi-Fi for your convenience. One well-behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee of £25.00 per week, and we kindly request that pets have up-to-date flea treatments.

Refundable security deposit

Please note that a deposit of £250.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will not be captured, and funds will become available in your account.
