Bifold doors from the living area open onto a delightful courtyard with table and chairs perfect for the afternoon sun and alfresco dining. There is a handy washing line to hang your swimwear after a day on the beach, less than a five-minute walk away.
The first floor provides a spacious double bedroom and a twin room, both boasting shower en-suites.
Location
Located in the village centre just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, village shops and all the best pubs and restaurants.
Parking
As Kingsand is a historic village there is very little private parking and there is no private parking at the cottage. However you can easily park and load/unload directly outside the cottage and the public pay and display carpark is less than a three-minute walk.

One the Green operates a Saturday to Saturday changeover.

Please note that a deposit of £200.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
