Nor Nour - Charming Cornish Cottage with Sea View in Cawsand

Nor Nour is a charming cottage nestled between the seaside twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. The cottage comfortably sleep up to six guests across three bedrooms, making this cottage perfect for a family escape to the seaside. The cottage comprise of; two king bedrooms and third bedroom that can be used as a twin or a third king bedroom, cosy living room, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, downstairs W/C, outhouse and courtyard.

Ground Floor
You enter the cottage into an cosy living room featuring an electric fireplace and where you enjoy stunning sea views. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with a fridge/ freezer, hob and oven. From the kitchen, French doors lead you to the rear sun-soaked courtyard perfect for alfresco dining! From the courtyard there is an outhouse where there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. This is the perfect space for hanging coats and boots after exploring the area. There is also a handy WC that can be found at the rear of the property.

First Floor
A light and spacious king bedroom with wonderful sea views. Opposite you will find the modern family bathroom with a separate shower and bath, perfect for those relaxing soaks after a windy walk along the beach.

Second Floor
To the rear of the cottage there is a twin single room perfect for the little ones; equipped with a small night lamp and bedtime books. The bed can be also be a zip and link, providing a third king bedroom (please request on booking) . Opposite you will be amazed with the sea views from the windows in another king room.

Location
Nor Nour is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach.

Parking
This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk from the property.

Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (Please bring you own beach towels.)

The property has Wi-Fi.

One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £25 per week.

Nor Nour operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.

Three night short stays
Available between October and April (excluding school holidays), please feel free to contact our friendly team with required dates.

Refundable security deposit
Please note that a deposit of £ 350.00 will be held one day before check-in then returned four days after check-out providing no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred.
