Lower Deck is located on the ground floor of Kean Hill Apartments, where your friendly host Helen looks forward to welcoming you. Situated upon New Road, you are a short walk to the historic village centre, whilst benefiting from far reaching views across the valley and out to Cawsand Bay. Well located for wedding guests, Kean Hill is one of the closest self contained apartments to Polhawn Fort.
Parking
Cawsand Car Park is a 2 minute walk from the property. Operated by Cornwall Council, they offer weekly permits (under £10 per week) and the option to pay by cash, phone or mobile app.

Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (Please bring you own beach towels.)
Two small or one medium sized dog welcomed for an additional £25 fee.
During peak periods, Lower Deck's changeover day is Friday to Friday. Out of season shorter breaks of 3+ nights are available for check-in on a Monday or Friday.
Refundable security deposit
Please note that a deposit of £150.00 will be held one day before check-in then returned four days after check-out providing no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred.
