The dining room is bright and airy thanks to its whitewashed walls warmed by a stone feature fireplace and large wood dining table with seating for up to 10 guests.
The dining area also provides access to the lovely, illuminated courtyard garden with BBQ and seating area.
It is quite a suntrap and an idyllic spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or evening meals al fresco under candlelight.
The large kitchen is referred to by guests as “far better equipped than my own kitchen” .

The master suite is a perfect retreat with a lovely super king size bed and enormous en-suite bathroom, with shower, romantic roll top bath overlooking the garden.
The 2nd bedroom, a super king size bed, is another haven with a contemporary white theme, exposed beams and ensuite bathroom with roll top bath.
2ND FLOOR
Shared shower room with the twin bedroom. A further twin room with a lovely feature fireplace
A bunk room with bunk beds overlooks the bay.
Arrive to a chilled bottle of welcome bubbles, welcome hamper with fresh scones, flowers and coastal magazines all provided for your on arrival.
Location
Situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beaches.
Parking
The narrow streets of Kingsand and Cawsand do not allow for private parking however there is a large passing bay outside our neighbour’s property where you can unload. Kingsand carpark is less than 25m away and cars can be parked at the top of the village for free.

Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.

The property has Wi-Fi.
Two well behaved dogs are allowed with an additional fee £49 per dog per week.
Two free kayaks & paddleboards for guest use.
Blue Monkey operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.
Minimum Stay
From the middle of March to the end of November there is a 7-night minimum stay (preferably Saturday to Saturday). Whereas from December to early March the minimum is reduced to three nights.
Payment
Please note that a deposit of £500.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
